Who we are

We are a family-owned enterprise with over 50 years of experience in bringing the latest in medical technologies to patients in Poland and CEE. Established by Grzegorz Krzewiński out of a deep passion for technological innovation, Medinco has since evolved into a dynamic organization now led by his son, Jan Krzewiński.

At the heart of our mission lies the application of state-of-the-art technologies dedicated to improving the health and well-being of both humans and animals.

Owner & CEO
Jan has been involved in the creation and development of leading companies in the healthcare and lifesciences space in Poland and the CEE. During his time at Mid Europa Partners between 2007 and 2016 Jan was co-responsible for the success of Lux Med Group in Poland as well as Diagnostyka and Alpha Medical. Between 2016 and 2021 Jan served as a non-executive board member at Polpharma, Herbapol Lublin and was the COO and President of the Management Board of Polpharma Biologics.
